Project CRM started as a serie of exercises for people learning MS Project. This is the way I teach MS Project and project management at the same time. You start with the basic training and then you are confronted to the small project that is the implementation of a CRM (Customer Relation Management) for a small to medium company. You go through the steps of planning, allocating resources, costing and budgeting the project. At one point the project is ready to start and you will baseline it. That is to say to take a reference that you will use for comparisions during the evolution of the project.  With this you are confronted to what happens in a project.

It is better to follow sessions in order.
